Here is your handy guide to Albany Knicks/Sirens 7's practices for this summer!
Mondays, 6pm, Dick Green Field- Fitness session run by the Women's team. All men and women are encouraged to attend (even if you don't intend to play 7's!) and get some good fitness in so you want to die less while running around when it's 100deg out OR so you can be sleak and sexy for 15's in the fall (or for Saranac). Wednesdays, 6pm, Dick Green Field- This is the "main" practice each week run by our Coach Jo. For both men and women who wish to play this summer. Thursdays, 6pm, Dick Green Field- 7's practice run by the Men's team. This, again, is open to all men and women who wish to play this summer and are looking for some good fitness. If you are playing this summer, please attend as many practices as you can. Both the men's and women's sides will need numbers and many of the tournaments are right around the corner. Since the more people are at practice, the more can be done, and thus the more FUN can be had, come out even if you aren't planning on attending the tournaments! If you know anyone who is even slightly interested in playing rugby, 7's is a great way to be introduced to the sport prior to 15's season so please bring them out. Cheers!

Interested in playing Rugby. I can only practice on the Thursday nights and play on the weekends because of my work schedule and family obligations. That stated, I would love to play!!! Thanks. Joshua Morrell
