Gabe at Powerhouse Athletics has set up a great space with tons of training options including a turf area (sprint work and sled pushes!), free weights, and tires to hit or flip! Not a new affiliation, but now an official one! A number of the women's team members have been training here since we held group training sessions there a few years ago and love it!
