Upcoming AGM and Board Nominations

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on:
Date: Monday, December 15th
Time: 6:30pm – 9:30pm
Location: The Victory Café (upstairs)
All club members are encouraged to attend to help set the path for the club in the upcoming year.


The agenda will be provided no later than December 10th.
 
All interested nominees for the open positions listed below must be sent by email (jointly) to Charles (grandcyclist at msn dot com) and Nevada (nicolevirginia at gmail dot com) - prior to December 5th.


 The following positions are open for nominations:
2 Board Members (2 year term)
President (1 year term) 
Vice President (1 year term)  
Treasurer (1 year term) 
Secretary (1 year term)  
Youth Coordinator (1 year term)

·         All members must be in good-standing (fall dues paid in full by December 15th) to hold office or vote.

·         All officers, including non-playing members, must pay full membership dues each season to hold office. 



The Secretary will deliver to the membership the slate of nominees to be voted on at the AGM no later than December 10th.
NO nominations for positions sought will be made from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.
