The 2017 Sevens Practices will begin in May and continue through July.  
Mondays 6:00pm - 8:00pm:  Fitness Practice
Wednesdays 6:00pm - 8:00pm:  Skills Practice

​Summer 7s allows players to stay involved with rugby throughout the year.  It's a great way for ruggers to improve fitness, learn new skills, network with other players around the Northeast, and have a great time!  All are welcome, especially those home from college for the summer,  No experience in rugby or 7s rugby is necessary. 

The team is coached by former Siren, Lauren "Skeeter" Sirkin.  Skeeter has a vast knowledge of the game, and as a recreational therapist, has a wealth of experience keeping players in shape.
